An investigation by the Pulaski County Sheriff’s Office has resulted in the Grand Jury Indictment of a Science Hill man on a charge of incest.
In November 2012, the Sheriff’s Office received a report that a juvenile female had been the victim of sexual abuse at the hands of her step-father, Ronnie Logan. The report indicated the abuse had been ongoing for a number of years and had resulted in a child being fathered by Logan with his step-daughter. The child was born in April, 2010.

A lengthy investigation was conducted by the Sheriff’s Office which included DNA testing to show the paternity of the child. That testing resulted in conclusive results showing Logan had fathered the child.
The results of the investigation were presented to the August session of the Pulaski County Grand Jury which returned an indictment against Logan.
Ronnie Lee Logan, 45, of Science Hill, has been arrested on the indictment and charged with incest – a class B felony. He is being held in the Pulaski County Detention Center under a $50,000 cash bond.
