Kentucky State Police say a man shot and killed a suspect he claims broke into a Knox County home early Friday morning.
Police say a man saw a strange person breaking into his neighbor’s home along Morris Lane, off KY-11. The man called his neighbor and the two tried to hold the suspect at gunpoint. At some point, the three men got into an altercation and the suspect was shot and killed

Police have not released the identity of any of the people involved and have not said if they plan to file any charges.
