Police on Monday were asking the public to help them find a man they say stole a woman’s identity in Brooklyn, and used it to obtain prescriptions from several pharmacies.

The 55-year-old female victim found that her identity had been used by the suspect to obtain prescriptions fraudulently from the unspecified pharmacies.

Anyone with information was asked to call the NYPD Crime Stoppers at (800) 577-TIPS, log onto the Crime Stoppers website, or text tips to 247637 (CRIMES) and enter TIP577.
