Lexington Police have arrested a man in connection with several robberies in Lexington, including one in which the clerk turned the tables by grabbing the mans gun.
Police issued an arrest warrant for Darnell Thomas, Jr. for a robbery of the Tobacco Zone. It was there that the clerk grabbed a gun left on the counter and was able to pull the mask off and identify one of the suspects.

Following his arrest, detectives were able to determine he was connected to additional robberies. In total Thomas is charged with (14) counts of Robbery 1st Degree. Below is a list of robberies Thomas has been charged in connection with.
