Private Detective: Former Jail Employee Impersonated Officer and Forced Women to Have Sex

A former Northern Kentucky jail employee finds himself in jail after being busted for a series of sex crimes.

Authorities say Chad Ludwick, 28, was impersonating a police officer in a scheme to force women to have sex with him. Kenton County Deputies say he posed as a police officer and threatened women with jail time to get them to engage in sex acts. Prosecutors say Ludwick has been doing this for some time, as there are several victims.
