Investigators say a man under the influence kidnapped a woman and led police on a chase through two counties before he was caught.
A witness told sheriff’s deputies in Boyle County that they spotted a man driving a car with a woman inside. She begged the witnesses to call for help.
Deputies spotted the car with Marion Fisher behind the wheel. The Boyle County sheriff says Fisher drove into Mercer County where he ended up in a cul de sac

A deputy pinned his cruiser against Fisher’s vehicle.
The sheriff says they had to tase Fisher and use a police canine in order to arrest him.
He was taken to the hospital for a dog bite, then to jail.
According to investigators, Fisher and the victim were in a relationship. Police say Fisher was under the influence and faces several charges including Kidnapping and DUI.
