In the wake of a school shooting in Oregon, police in Louisville are trying to figure out who made a threat of violence against two Louisville schools.
Shively Police said a caller who made threats against Western High School and Valley High School called without an existing area code using number spoofing.

Spoofing can be done with apps or “spoof” cards and is a technique used often by telemarketers and scammers.
