At a change-of-plea hearing, Brown admitted that in March he communicated with a girl in Montana via text messaging and the Internet and enticed her to produce a sexually explicit video, the release states.

Additionally, Brown admitted that from January to March 2015, he communicated via cellphone and the Internet with a girl in Oklahoma and enticed her to engage in sexual activity, according to the release.

Brown faces 15 to 30 years in prison for the sexual-exploitation charge. The enticement charge carries a minimum penalty of 10 years to life in prison, according to the release.

As part of his sentence, Brown’s Ford Mustang, which he used to commit or facilitate the enticement offense, will be forfeited to the U.S. government, the release states.

The FBI and the Tulsa Police Department investigated the case. It was prosecuted as part of Project Safe Childhood, a nationwide initiative launched in May 2006 by the U.S. Department of Justice to combat the growing epidemic of child sexual exploitation and abuse, according to the release.
