An Owensboro woman is still in shock after she says a customer punched her over a haircut. The entire incident was caught on camera.
Cosmetology instructor Cynthia Ludwig says one of her customers was unhappy with the outcome of her appointment. Ludwig explained that customer could come back the next day. Instead, Ludwig says the woman followed her to the back of the salon, where she punched her in the face.

The customer continued to yell at other workers and throw things inside the store before leaving.
Police are still investigating the incident.
