The City of Peñitas Police Department is asking for help in locating a missing man.
Rolando Loya, 38, of Peñitas was last seen on July 9 outside 302 Buena Vista in Peñitas at 7 p.m.
Police did not have a description of what he was last seen wearing, but he is identified as being 5’8″, weighing between 150-160 pounds, having hazel eyes, brown hair and a mustache. Police said Loya’s family reported that Loya has unspecified mental health issues.
