An incident involving a Wayne County school bus is being investigated Thursday after officials say one of its windows was hit Wednesday afternoon.
It happened late Wednesday afternoon on Kentucky Avenue at the end of the bus run, according to WKYM.
School officials reported that a back side window of the school bus was hit by a small unknown object. The glass remained intact.

The driver and bus monitor were on board the bus, along with a grandchild of the driver.
According to Wayne County School officials, no one was injured.
The bus driver reported the incident and school officials immediately contacted the school resource officer to investigate the incident, which is still underway by local law enforcement.
