Carroll County Sheriff Jamie Kinman has been arrested, Kentucky State Police confirm.
According to a press release, Kinman was charged with two counts of burglary and two counts of theft of a controlled substance. Kinman was admitted to a rehab facility one week ago.

The announcement came from KSP’s Department of Drug Enforcement and Special Investigations. Chief Deputy Rodney Hawkins is serving as interim sheriff.
