Lexington Police are investigating after a man showed up at the fire station on Jefferson Street with a gunshot wound.
Police say that just before that, they responded to a report of shots fired.
Officers have not released much information in their investigation.

The victim was transported to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
A man who lives in the area told LEX 18 that he heard gunshots and saw the victim walk out of the alley with a towel covering his mouth.
