Pedophile Tracking Boyle County Man Accused of Hidden Camera In His Bath Bathroom

A Boyle County man sits in jail on child pornography charges. But neighbors reportedly have even more reason to be wary.

Mocks Creek Drive in Danville, has been rocked by the arrest of Mark Andrew Morris on child pornography charges. Now those charges have led to even more startling revelations. The 52 year old is accused of setting up a hidden camera in the house and secretly videotaping a young girl undressing. The girl was a friend of someone who lives in the house.

According to an affidavit investigators found videos showing a female between the age of 12 and 14 nude as she was using the bathroom and taking a shower. It goes on to state at the beginning and end of the videos, a male is observed placing the video camera in the bathroom and removing it. A female who lives in the house told police she recognized the man’s clothing. Officers found multiple videos and a camcorder among other items.

Neighbors are understandably concerned. “If there is someone out there like this they need to be off the streets…need to be away from children,” says neighbor Stuart Harper.

This isn’t the first time Morris has been investigated. In 2000 he was charged with Sex Abuse and Indecent Exposure. The first charge was dismissed. Court records show that a jury later convicted Morris of Indecent Exposure two years later, but the conviction was overturned.

Pedophile Tracking Houston Man Convicted of Sex Trafficking Children

Pierre Johnson aka “Too Good,” 39, of Houston, has entered a plea of guilty to trafficking children under 18 for commercial sex, announced U.S. Attorney Kenneth Magidson.

According to the plea agreement, from Aug. 1, 2013, through Nov. 1, 2013, Johnson forced at least three minor girls into prostitution by using force and intimidation. Johnson stipulated that he and his conspirators would photograph the girls and post online ads for prostitution. In those ads, he would advertise the girls for both one-girl and two-girl specials. Johnson kept all monies earned and also supplied the victims with marijuana. Johnson prostituted his victims in Texas, Louisiana and Colorado.

http://liarcatchers.com/pedophile_tracking.html

U.S. District Judge David Ellison accepted the guilty pleas today and set sentencing for Nov. 6, 2014. At that time, Johnson faces up to life imprisonment and a maximum fine of $250,000. He was ordered to remain in custody pending that hearing.

An investigation by the Houston FBI Innocence Lost Task Force, which includes such agencies as the Houston Police Department, developed this case using statements from victims as well as on line advertisements for the victims’ services and hotel records from several hotels.

This case, prosecuted by Assistant U.S. Attorney Julie N. Searle and Sherri L. Zack, was brought as part of Project Safe Childhood, a nationwide initiative launched in May 2006 by the Department of Justice to combat the growing epidemic of child sexual exploitation and abuse. Led by the United States Attorneys’ Offices and the Criminal Division’s Child Exploitation and Obscenity Section, Project Safe Childhood marshals federal, state and local resources to locate, apprehend and prosecute individuals who sexually exploit children, and to identify and rescue victims.

Gifford’s estranged husband joined search teams in Lancaster County this weekend in hopes of finding any clues into her disappearance.

“It’s a double-edged sword.  You’re looking at something so beautiful here, and then on the other side of it… I just want to be close to what is going on,” Richard Gifford said.

Sheriff’s deputies said Gifford was last seen leaving a tiki bar with a man on July 6.

http://liarcatchers.com/missing_persons_investigations.html

Rich and his wife were living apart for the past year or so, but he drove up from Orlando, Florida as the days rolled on with no sign of Claudine.

Deputies said Gifford’s case is still considered a missing person investigation.

A crew of more than 100 search and rescue professional spent all day Saturday scouring an area around Windmill Point and in Cox’s Farm near Kilmarnock, but found no sign of her.

“They’re telling me now that no news is good news,” Gifford said.

Rich and Claudine have a 15-year old daughter who is in Florida using the internet to track the search for her mother closely.

“I think the reality of it all is beginning to come into play for her,” Gifford said.

No one knows where Gifford is or why she disappeared. Her husband is hoping even the smallest piece of information will help find his wife.

Gifford described his wife a soft-spoken woman who is loved by everyone she knows. She is 5 feet 4 inches tall weighing about 112 pounds and was last seen wearing a multicolored tank top, blue jeans and sandals.

Private Detective, KSP Looking For Escapee Who Used Officer’s Taser

Kentucky State Police are looking for a man who escaped as officers were trying to take him into custody by turning an officer’s Taser against him.

On July 12 around 10 a.m., a Mayfield police officer and a probation officer were attempting to take Joshua Fox into custody for a probation violation when Fox became combative, KSP said. Police say Fox took the Mayfield officer’s Taser and used it against him, allowing Fox to run away.

http://liarcatchers.com/contact.php

Police found the discarded Taser, but after several hours of searching they were unable to find Fox.

Fox is described as a 5’10” black male weighing 250 pounds. He was last seen wearing a black tank top and black shorts. Anyone with information regarding the location of Joshua Fox is asked to dial 911 or contact the Kentucky State Police at 270-856-3721.

Private Detective, Man Wanted in Boyle County After Fleeing Drug Raid

A Springfield man is wanted in Boyle County after deputies say he fled during a drug raid where he could have seriously hurt someone.

The Boyle County sheriff says John Essex, better known as Mikey, fled a drug raid and is on the loose after driving through these fences during a police chase Friday morning.

http://liarcatchers.com/contact.php
Sheriff Elliot says the drug raid took place just after midnight on Friday and that’s when Mikey Essex fled in his car. Deputies used spike strips to try and slow Essex down, but the suspect lost control of his car and drove through several fences and then left running. The Lexington Police helicopter was called to the scene but officials were unable to locate Essex.

He’s described to be in his early 50’s with black and gray hair. He’s about 5’8″ with a medium build. Sheriff Elliot says they have no reason to believe he’s still in Boyle County but after his actions on Friday, he’s considered a danger to society.

“This man’s actions that night were clear that he did not care nor did he have any regard for anyone but himself by fleeing from law enforcement and driving in the reckless manner that he did. He put the public at a great risk,” said Boyle County Sheriff Marty Elliot.

The sheriff says this man is considered armed and extremely dangerous. In fact, he’s also wanted in Mercer County. If you know where he may be call the Boyle County Sheriff’s Office.
