Missing Person Milwaukee Man’s Car Found

A new discovery has happened in the search for a missing man who works in downtown Milwaukee.

A staff member with the Kohn Law firm, when Glenn Willis works, said Friday that police discovered his car on the city’s south side.

The dire search for a missing man nears its third week, but there is hope Willis is still alive.

http://liarcatchers.com/missing_persons_investigations.html

The 62-year old legal assistant has medical problems and his family fears he’s in danger.

Days ago, there was a possibility Glenn Willis might have been in the Washington Park area.

“I noticed him because he was wearing tan pants and a big blue backpack,” said Allisa Mathison.

She didn’t get a good look at the man’s face when she was walking near 50th and Vine before noon on Monday, but he appeared disoriented when she said good morning.

“He was really startled, and he mumbled something I couldn’t decipher.”

A few minutes later she overheard the man asking another woman for directions.

Willis’ elderly mother lives about two miles from Washington Park.

He hasn’t been seen since leaving his job at the Kohn Law firm in downtown Milwaukee on June 14.

Co-workers went through Washington Park and the surrounding neighborhood handing out flyers with hopes he may still be in the area.

“Pretty much the word around was that there wasn’t a whole lot of hope until we heard that he might be around here, heading towards his mother’s house,” said co-worker Samantha Trokan.

Willis is diabetic and usually carries a backpack with him.

His glasses and wallet were later found outside his Astor Street apartment.

Mathison is confident the person she saw was Willis.

“I just hope they find him. It’s really sad. I hope they find him well and he’s able to get medical help.”

Mathison called police after seeing stories about Glenn’s mysterious disappearance.

Police say they are following several leads.

Missing Person 2nd Man Missing from Fort Bend Group Homes

Fort Bend authorities are looking for a man who walked away from a group home on Tuesday, the second person within two weeks who has been reported missing.

Mathew Bryan Henderson, 30, was last seen Tuesday evening at a home in the 7300 block of Addicks Clodine Road, in the Mission Bend subdivision.

Authorities are still looking for Jermond Bosier, 18, was last seen June 15 at a group home in the 9300 block of Eaglewood Shadows Court in the Eaglewood subdivision.

http://liarcatchers.com/missing_persons_investigations.html

The homes are about 2 miles apart.

Henderson has been diagnosed with schizophrenia, officials with the Fort Bend County Sheriff’s Office said on Friday.

Group home staff on Wednesday notified the sheriff’s office about Henderson.

Henderson is white, 5-feet 9-inches tall and weighs about 170 pounds. He has blond hair, blue eyes and was last seen wearing a yellow shirt, tan pants and red shoes. He was carrying a black and red backpack.

In Bosier’s case, group home staff notified authorities on the afternoon of his disappearance, officials said.

Bosier is mildly mentally disabled and has ADHD, officials said. He is black, 5-feet, 7-inches tall and weighs about 130 pounds.

He has black hair and brown eyes and was last seen wearing a gray shirt and blue jeans.

In both instances, deputies canvassed the immediate neighborhood and local parks.

Investigators have also contacted medical facilities and law enforcement agencies.

Neither man has family in the immediate area nor is familiar with the Houston area, officials said.

Neither probably does not have money. Both had only been at their respective group home for about the six weeks, staff told authorities.

Anyone with information about the men should contact the Fort Bend County Sheriff’s Office Dispatch at 281-341-4665 or Detective Scott Heinemeyer at 281-341-4657.

http://liarcatchers.com/missing_persons_investigations.html

Willis’ car was discovered on the city’s south side Thursday night.

Crime tape was put up at about 10:00 a.m. Friday at that apartment building.

A friend told Shannon she had copied flyers late Friday to try to inform people about Willis’ missing person case, before she found out about the discovery of the body.

“I was not expecting this,” said Shalisa Hager, his co-worker.

“I had flyers in my car, ready to go back out looking as I got off of work.”

Milwaukee Police Lieutenant Kenneth Grams updated Shannon on the investigation.

Wrongful Death Burned and Beaten Body Found in Houston

The body of a man was found burned and beaten Friday in a wooded area in south Houston.

The body was found about 7:40 a.m. near a pickup that was spotted in Sims Bayou.

Police investigating the truck found evidence that led them to believe there might be more to the incident, said Kese Smith, a spokesman for the Houston Police Department. Smith did not elaborate on what evidence was found.

http://liarcatchers.com/wrongful_death.html

As they searched the area, officers found the man’s burned body in the 3400 block of Airport near Scott, a short distance away from the pickup. It was unclear where the man had been assaulted or if a weapon was used in the attack. Investigators were trying to determine whether an accelerant was used.

Smith said the man had been violently assaulted and then his body was set on fire. The victim has not been identified, but police say he appears to be an African-American in his mid- to late 30s or early 40s.

Anyone with information about the case is urged to contact the HPD Homicide Division at 713-308-3600 or Crime Stoppers at 713-222-TIPS.
