A fourth person has been charged in connection with the murder of a Knox County soldier.
Police say Lonnie Sturdivant withheld information that hindered the arrests of the three men accused of killing Jonathan “Ryan” Foley.

Foley’s body was found last month in an abandoned strip mine.
John Mills, George Marcum and James Wyatt are charged with murdering the 26-year-old. The case has been sent to the grand jury.
