Sparks woman reported missing Monday, has been found in a shallow grave in the backyard of a Sparks home.
The Sparks Police Department continued the investigation into missing person, 50-year-old Kimberley Seaton, throughout the night and into Tuesday morning.
The investigation led to an address in the 1800 Block of C Street in Sparks where Seaton had been staying with Thomas Brant.

Detectives spoke with Brant and conducted a search of the residence. Seaton’s body was found buried in a shallow grave in the back yard of his home.
Brant was interviewed by detectives and admitted to the murder of Seaton.
Brant will be booked into the Washoe County Jail on one count of Murder.
New information will be released as the investigation continues. The victim’s family has been notified and has requested that they be allowed privacy and time to grieve their loss.
