An Endangered Missing Adult Alert is now in effect for a man who was last seen at his residence early Thursday morning in Chillicothe.
Persons are asked to be the lookout for 77-year old Sonny Allen.
Allen is white, 5 feet, 7 inches tall, weighing 165 pounds with gray hair and blue eyes.
He may be driving a gray 2005 Ford Taurus.

Authorities say Allen has been diagnosed with dementia and also has diabetes and other medical conditions.
He requires medication and has no medication with him.
