A 72-year-old man is behind bars after police say they found more than 20 pounds of marijuana in his car.
Arthur Penrod was arrested early Saturday morning during a traffic stop on I-71 in Oldham County after police found marijuana and cocaine. Police say Penrod also had more than $11,000 in cash.

Penrod is from Oklahoma and police say they’re not sure where he was heading.
He’s being held in the Oldham County Jail.
