Kentucky State Police in Ashland is seeking the public’s assistance in locating a wanted fugitive from Louisa.
James G. Stepp, 33, is wanted by the KSP for second-degree robbery. The charge stems from the continued investigation of the Inez Deposit Bank robbery, which occurred on June 14.
