Attorney General Jack Conway and his Cybercrimes Unit announced Friday the arrest of a Christian County man on child pornography charges.
Hopkinsville Police arrested 43-year-old Robert G. Walker on Wednesday following his indictment by a Christian County grand jury on eight counts of distribution of matter portraying a sexual performance by a minor and four counts of possession of matter portraying a sexual performance by a minor.

The charges against Walker are the result of an undercover investigation by Conway’s Cybercrimes Unit that began on August 16, 2012. A search warrant was executed at Walker’s Hopkinsville residence on January 11, 2013 with assistance from Kentucky State Police.
Walker is being held in the Christian County jail on $50,000 bond. He is scheduled to be arraigned in Christian Circuit Court on June 26.
