A woman has died after a collision in Leslie County on Tuesday.
The crash happened around 5:30 p.m. near 5100 South US Highway 421 in the Helton Community.
Police say 39-year-old Tracey L. Collett of Warbranch, Ky, was was traveling south on the roadway when her vehicle veered into the north bound lane and entered into the direct path of another car causing a head on collision.

The driver of the second vehicle, identified as 49-year-old Wilburn Pennington of Hyden, Ky, and his passenger, 45-year-old Glenn Caldwell of Wooton, Ky were transported to Holston Valley Medical Center in Kingsport, TN.
Police say Pennington suffered life-threatening injuries, but is currently in stable condition. Glen Caldwell suffered non-life threatening injuries.
Collett was pronounced deceased on scene by the Leslie County Coroner.
Police say the second vehicle was towing an 18-foot Ranger bass boat.
