Sheriff’s deputies in Laurel County are looking for a woman who they say stabbed a man Friday night during an argument.
Deputies say it happened at a house on Line Creek Road, just outside of London around 9:30 pm. At the house they found Gilbert Smith suffering from several stab wounds. He was taken to UK Hospital.

Investigators say Smith had been arguing with Michelle Smith. They say during that argument she got a butcher knife and stabbed Gilbert, then took off before police could get there.
