Lexington police arrested a man accused of trying to meet up with a girl he thought was an under-age teen.
According to court documents, Timothy Black, 30, used a social media website to locate a profile of a 14-year-old girl. The profile was actually operated by an undercover detective. Police say after engaging in sexually explicit conversation and sending photos of his genitals, Black arranged to meet “girl.” Officers met Black at the bus stop where the two were supposed to meet and arrested him.

Police charged Black with unlawful use of a communications system to procure a minor.
