Police in Louisville have arrested a man wanted for a Frankfort robbery in October in which the victims were tied up with duct tape and zip ties.
Trevelle Barbour, 23, is charged with first-degree robbery. Police say Barbour and another man approached 25-year-old Jakar Turner outside his home on John Davis Drive around in early October. They say both men had handguns and demand to come in Turner’s apartment.

Police say once they were inside, the men tied up Turner and his roommate, 25-year-old Terrell Johnson, with zip ties and duct tape.
They fled the scene with some cash, jewelry and electronics, investigators say.
The victims then were able to free themselves and call police.
