Lexington Police are requesting the assistance of the media and public to find Judy Jurgensen. The 63-year-old walked away from Central Baptist Hospital at around 12:15 p.m. Wednesday.
She is 5’3″ tall, 100lbs, with short gray hair. She was last seen wearing a blue coat and dark stocking cap.

Due to the cold weather, officials feel she may be in danger and unable to help herself. Anyone with information pertaining to her whereabouts is asked to call 911.
