On 2/3/1991 an unidentified black female was located in the median of Interstate 95 in Stafford County, Virginia. The date of death is unknown, and the victim had almost perfect teeth.

On Sunday, July 29, 2012, Kortne Ciera Stouffer disappeared with no apparent reason. The last known contact with her was at 3:30 a.m. during contact by the Palmyra Police Department regarding a disturbance. Foul play is suspected regarding Stouffer’s disappearance.
