Investigators with the Division of Fire have made an arrest in connection with the fire that injured a Lexington firefighter.
The investigation determined that Charles Goldsberry was responsible for intentionally starting the fire at 519 East Second Street.

Goldsberry, 47, has been charged and arrested with one count of 1st Degree Arson and two counts of 1st Degree Wanton Endangerment. He has been placed in the Fayette County Detention Center.
Jeremy Bruner, the injured firefighter, was diagnosed with potential cracked or fractured ribs.
