A Powell County man was arrested Friday after police say he thought he was on his way to meet a teenager for sex.
William S. Hall, 31, of Stanton, Ky., was arrested after an undercover Internet Crimes Against Children investigation. KSP began investigating the case after discovering a posting on a popular website.

Hall was arrested when he left his home in Powell County to Richmond to meet someone he thought was a teenager, to have sex.
Troopers executed a search warrant at Hall’s home on Jan. 11.
KSP says the investigation is ongoing and additional charges are expected.
Hall is currently charged with one count of prohibited use of electronic communication system to procure a minor/peace officer for sex. He was taken to the Madison County Detention Center.
