A Broken Bow man found guilty of several counts of child sex crimes is appealing his conviction.
The McCurtain County Court Clerk’s office says last week, 32-year-old Thomas Bradley Porton, filed an appeal with the Oklahoma court of criminal appeals

In February a jury found Porton guilty on 39 felony counts including rape, lewd acts with a child and providing alcohol to minors.
Porton was sentenced to 90 years in prison.
He will have to serve over 60-years before he’s eligible for parole.
