FEATURED FUGITIVE: Shavanna Faulkner is wanted on charges of trafficking in controlled substance, driving a vehicle while under the influence, driving on a suspended/revoked license and first-degree criminal mischief. Police say a witness observed Faulkner, 25, attempt to leave the scene of a crash before an officer arrived on March 13, 2014. When the officer arrived, Faulkner was behind the wheel of the vehicle. She was confused, unsteady on her feet, had bloodshot eyes and slurred speech, police said. The officer saw a large amount of cash on the floor of the car, and two pill bottles containing Oxycodone and Xanax, with the labels removed, were found in Faulkner’s purse, the report says.
