Investigators in western Kentucky are looking for a second murder suspect after finding a body in a pond.
Deputies in Hopkins County pulled Phillip Phelps’ body from a pond in Nebo Friday. He had been missing since April 27th.

So far, Norman Barassi has been arrested and charged with murder, but now deputies are looking for a second possible suspect.
They haven’t released the name of that person. The investigation is ongoing.
