Kentucky State Police have arrested a man for charges related to child pornography.
According to police, 26-year-old Nathan Vitai is charged with 20 counts of possession of matter portraying a sex performance by a minor, one count of distribution of matter portraying a sex performance by a minor and tampering with physical evidence.
Vitai’s arrest was result of an investigation by the Kentucky State Police’s Electronic Crime Branch.

The investigation began in April after they found a suspect sharing images of child sexual exploitation over the internet.
Eventually police obtained a search warrant for Vitai’s home in Nicholasville.
Vitai is being held at the Jessamine County Detention Center under a $10,000 cash bond.
