FEATURED FUGITIVE: Marquino Collins is wanted on two counts of first-degree wanton endangerment. Police provided the following summary: On 05/09/2014, officers were dispatched to an address in reference to terroristic threatening. The victim advised Marquino Collins had threatened her and pulled a gun out on her this date. She advised she was standing outside of her apartment around other people when Mr. Collins pulled out, what she described as a black semi-auto gun, and pointed it at her. She advised Mr. Collins stated that he would shoot her in her face. The victim stated that her juvenile child was near her at this time. After this, the victim walked into her apartment with her child and Marquino Collins went in after her. She told him to leave her residence and he refused. Mr. Collins eventually left then came back into the residence and pulled the gun out again on her while she was holding her child. She again told him to leave and he refused. A witness stood between Mr. Collins, the gun and the victim. The witness was able to get Mr. Collins to eventually leave the residence. The victim advised she then saw him walking around the outside of her residence near her bedroom window where he broke one of the glass panes to the window. Mr. Collins then walked back to the front door and continued to knock on the door with the gun. Mr. Collins eventually left and was not present upon officers’ arrival.
