A Golden Alert has been issued for a West Liberty man who went missing over the weekend.
56-year-old Hershell Rigsby is described as a white male, 5-11 tall who weighs about 290 lbs, has brown hair and brown eyes, medium build and dark complexion.

Officials say he is insulin dependent.
He went missing from West Liberty on Saturday. His last known destination was the Morehead Kroger. He is known to drive a red Chevy pickup with tag 0504CJ.
