A man has been arrested in connection to a homicide investigation from 2012.
Lazarus R. Parker, 31, was arrested Wednesday accused in the shooting death of 31-year-old Brian Lee Hodge, who was found unresponsive in the area of Seventh and Dakota streets on Aug. 12, 2012, shortly before 2 a.m.
The victim was transported to the University of Kentucky Hospital where he was pronounced dead.

Hodge worked at Indi’s Restaurant near the scene.
Parker is charged with murder and tampering with physical evidence. Police say he will be taken to the Fayette County Detention Center.
