Court documents obtained by LEX 18 identify the man police say was the shooter in a deadly home invasion over the weekend in Rowan County that claimed the life of a young man.
The documents identify the alleged gunman as 19-year-old Anthony “Rell” Paysen. He’s one of the five young men charged with murder in the death of 20-year-old Bo Otis who was found with a gunshot wound to the head in his Clearfield home on Sunday after an apparent home invasion. An arrest citation says the five men were after cash and marijuana.

Paysen was the last of five men arrested in the case. He was found in the area of Hodgenville, according to state police.
18-year-olds Marcus Stewart and Demario Powell were arrested Tuesday night and pleaded not guilty in court Wednesday. State police say Powell admitted to driving all suspects to Otis’ home and Stewart served as a lookout.
Investigators then identified the other three men they were looking for as Anthony “Rell” Paysen, Julius “Jubee” Kolowitz, and Jaque Abrams, who were arrested Thursday morning. Kolowitz and Abrams are being held in the Rowan County Detention Center.
All men have their bonds set at $1 million cash.
Both Abrams and Kolowitz are expected to be arraigned Thursday afternoon in Rowan County. They declined a request for an interview.
