Three people face nearly 70 charges after an investigation into a western Kentucky nursing home.
The Edmonson County grand jury indicted Kelly Duvall, 49, Kayla Kinser, 22, and Jerry Snyder, 30, with criminal abuse, assault and wanton endangerment after an investigation into the Genesis Healthcare Center in Brownsville. The indictments included 69 counts in all.

Police arrested all three suspects. They are being held in the Hart County jail
According to a Bowling Green TV station, the three people charged were employees at the nursing home.
It remains unclear exactly what led to the charges.
The charges are as follows.
Jerry Matthew Snyder of Leitchfield: 14 counts of criminal abuse 1st degree (adult), two counts of wanton endangerment 2nd degree, 14 counts of assault 4th degree, and 14 counts of knowingly abuse/neglect of an adult.
Kayla D. Kinser of Leitchfield: four counts of criminal Abuse 1st degree (adult), two counts of wanton endangerment 2nd degree, one count of assault 4th degree, and four counts of knowingly abuse/neglect of an adult.
Kelly D. Duvall of Sweeden: four counts of criminal abuse 1st degree (adult), two counts of wanton endangerment 2nd degree, four counts of assault 4th degree, and four counts of Knowlingy abuse/neglect of adult.
