An Amber Alert was issued Tuesday night for 9-year-old Andrey Voronenko, of Vancouver, who was believed illegally taken by his father, Alexy Voronenko.
Alexy, 38, described as 6-foot-2, 300 pounds with brown hair and blue eyes with graying hair and moustache, is believed driving a dark gray, four-door 2007 Honda Accord, Texas license plate CKK3638. It has tinted windows and a moon roof.
This is the kind of car — a 2007, four-door Honda Accord, dark gray, that the boy and father are believed to be traveling in.
Andrey has brown hair, green eyes and is 4-foot-10 and about 74 pounds with a bowl-cut haircut. He was last seen wearing a navy polo with pink stripes, gray pants and gray tennis shoes and dark navy rain coat.

The boy’s father was in jail in Texas for domestic violence and his wife fled the area with the children while he was in jail. She was in Vancouver, Wash., and Andrey was at school at Mill Plain Elementary School when his dad picked him up at about 2:45 p.m. Tuesday.
“Dad has been diagnosed as a paranoid schizophrenic … it is believed the child could be harmed,” the alert said.
