On Friday, Oct. 17, Kentucky State Police made two arrests in connection with the murder of Randy Williams.
Christopher S. Peyton, 20, of West Liberty was arrested and charged with murder. Kimberly D. Peyton, 55, of West Liberty was arrested and charged with complicity to commit murder. Both were arrested without incident and lodged in the Big Sandy Regional Detention Center in Paintsville.
On Oct. 16, at 2:27 p.m. Kentucky State Police received an anonymous call in regards to a deceased male subject on Dyer Branch in West Liberty.

With further investigation officers located Randy Williams, 33 of 684 Dyer Branch, West Liberty, murdered at his residence from multiple gunshot wounds to the chest.
Police ask if anyone has any information in regards to this incident contact Kentucky State Police Morehead. The murder remains under investigation by Det. Donnie McGraw.
