It was exactly one month ago Friday, that Shane Montgomery went out with friends in Manyunk, and hasn’t been seen since.
It has been an exhausting, and difficult month.
Shane Montgomery has been missing since November 26, and each day that passes has been one of hope and then heartache for his family.
“The only thing that gets us out of bed every day is that we are committed to finding Shane. Won’t stop until we do. There will be no rest or peace until we do,” said Shane’s aunt Marianne Wittman Friday.

The missing person signs are weatherworn, and the green ribbons shuffle in the wind, as one month has passed since 21-year-old Shane Montgomery disappeared.
The West Chester University student was last seen at a Manyunk bar the night before thanksgiving.
Since then, police have searched extensively for the young man from Roxborough, aided by the FBI and other agencies, and volunteers.
Most recently, Shane’s car keys were found in the river.
“The suffering is unimaginable and my sister, bother in law and all of us, we are, our hearts are shattered, until we find him,” said Wittman, “Karen, her Husband, other family members spent yesterday, looking along the river looking for a sign of Shane.
