Police in Marietta are looking for man they say raped a teen earlier this month. Richard Dewayne Waugh, 21, is accused of having sex with a 14-year-old girl about two weeks ago.
It happened in the 300 block of North 3rd St. in Marietta. Police lost Waugh following a short pursuit on Saturday. They later arrested his girlfriend for child neglect and harboring a fugitive.

Waugh is listed as 5’6”, 150 lbs. with brown hair and brown eyes. If you know where he is, you’re urged to call the Marietta police department.
