Deputies in western Kentucky arrested a man accused of sexually assaulting a woman and buying drugs for her son.
Trigg County deputies say Randy Wallis, 63, recorded himself assaulting a victim who was “physically helpless,” showed the video to her son and then bought him marijuana.

Deputies charged Wallis with rape, distribution of obscene material to a minor and unlawful transaction with a minor.
