A Kentucky teen accused in a multi-state crime spree with his young girlfriend has been indicted in a Grayson County court.
Dalton Hayes has been indicted on 11 counts, including burglary, statutory rape and violation of custodial interference relating to the multi-state crime spree with his underage girlfriend.

Hayes and his girlfriend Cheyenne Phillips were captured in Florida after allegedly stealing multiple vehicles and a check book. Their alleged crime spree spanned five Southern states
Hayes will be arraigned in Grayson County Circuit Court on February 9.
