Missing Person Lisa Hayden-Gordon of Fort Lauderdale, FL

The family of a South Florida woman who went missing three weeks ago is making a desperate plea for help.

Lisa Hayden-Gordon, 52, has been missing since Jan. 24, and her family, along with authorities, are asking for the public’s help in finding her.

Hayden-Gordon, also known by her loved ones as “Noodles,” disappeared after attending a concert at Revolution Live in downtown Fort Lauderdale. “She met friends there,” said her sister, Tara Cloe. “She got there about 9 o’clock.”

After the show, Hayden-Gordon walked just down the street to a bar called Poor House, and was last seen around 1:30 a.m. Her car is also missing. “We have no idea where she is,” said Hayden-Gordon’s sister, Suzy O’Leary. “She would not leave on her own. We don’t know where she went. We haven’t seen or heard from her.”

Hayden-Gordon’s family said she is a piano teacher and a well-known musician in the area. They posted flyers with her pictures and information all around town. “She has a beautiful, beautiful spirit and she’s made a huge difference and a really positive impact in thousands of people’s lives,” said friend Teri Catlin. “She’s a great person. She’s my sister and I’m doing everything I can to find her, every day, every second, every week. That’s all I know to do.”

Loved ones said they are desperate to find Hayden-Gordon, even taking matters into their own hands. “I looked myself in parks and rivers and canals,” said Catlin, “and that’s pretty much all I’ve been doing for 16 days.”

“I can’t believe it’s been 17 days,” said Cloe. “You go to bed and think, ‘OK. We’re gonna find her today,’ and you wake up and you’re like, ‘Oh no. It’s another day.'”

Hayden-Gordon’s family said they are especially concerned about her being missing for so long because she has bipolar disorder and needs to have her medication.

Police have described the missing woman as a white female standing 5 feet, 6 inches tall and weighing 100 pounds. She has brown hair with light eyes and was last seen wearing blue jeans and a peach sleeveless shirt with silver glitter sneakers.

Her car, which is also missing, is a faded blue 2003 Hyundai Elantra with Florida license plate 303-IEQ and stickers on it.

If you have any information on Hayden-Gordon’s whereabouts, call Broward County Crime Stoppers at 954-493-TIPS. Remember, you can always remain anonymous, and you may be eligible for a reward.
