Anthony Raymond has pleaded guilty to manslaughter and an unrelated meth charge.
Police say that in May, on US 25, 71 year old Randolph Scott was riding his motorcycle when Raymond pulled out in front of him. After the crash, deputies say that Raymond fled to the woods and later Scott died of his injuries.
