A Louisville grand jury hits a murder suspect with some serious new charges.
James Mallory has been indicted for allegedly trying to have one of his co-defendants killed. The indictment says Mallory tried to get someone to kill Anthony Hogan back in November.

They’re both accused of killing a 15-year-old boy almost 2 years ago. Hogan is expected to testify against Mallory once the murder trial gets underway
Police say Mallory, Hogan and another man murdered Gregory Holt, in retaliation to Holt’s mother trying to kill Mallory the day before.
Mallory will be arraigned on the new charges Monday.
