An Erlanger photographer is in jail after a child pornography investigation.
Charles Jones who operates Pure Fire Photography out of his residence, is suspected of taking nude photographs of children and then trading them on-line for like images from other pedophiles. Investigators estimate this has been going on for at least one year. Agents and detectives collected a host of material from the home to be analyzed.
A preliminary investigation thus far revealed Jones, 32 has ten victims. He is charged with sodomy, sexual abuse, incest and use of a minor in a sex performance.

Detectives spent the better part of yesterday and today locating the parents of the abused children. Anyone who believes their child may be a victim is asked to call the Boone County Sheriff’s Office at (859) 334-3500.
Jones is currently lodged in the Boone County Detention Center in lieu of a $200,000 bond. Investigators expect additional charges when all the evidence is examined.
