Private Detective: Woman Arrested After Signs of Meth Found in Lexington

A woman arrested after police found signs of meth manufacturing inside a Lexington home Thursday has been identified.

Police say officers responded to a home on Lancaster Avenue after receiving a complaint. They arrived to find two adults and two children inside, along with several indicators that meth was made there. EMS took the two kids and an adult to the hospital as a precaution. Crews in hazmat suits decontaminated the home.

Police arrested Amanda Renee Turner, 36, and charged her with manufacturing meth, possession of a controlled substance and endangering the welfare of a minor.

Police say the children were 11 and 13 years old.
