Three people have been arrested in connection with a four-month investigation into a methamphetamine production and distribution organization that originated out of Franklin County and operated in multiple Kentucky counties.
Frankfort Police on Friday charged Terry Hicks, 40, and Jeremy Starkey, 37. Officers said a search of Hicks’ home and property on Hickory Ridge Road turned up about six grams of suspected methamphetamine, six firearms, drug paraphernalia, and evidence of the on-going manufacturing of methamphetamine.
